Work we have done

Multi-bay adjustable pallet racking set out, erected and handed over inside a new distribution warehouse. Frames were positioned to the aisle width the customer's truck needs, braced, plumbed and floor anchored; beams were levelled, clipped and load notices fitted before the first pallet went in. The run was built under the roof steel with the building still in finishing, so the sequence was agreed with the main contractor week by week.

Access scaffold erected around a structural steel frame so cladding and services could be worked at height. Lifts were tied to the frame and boarded out with toe boards and guard rails at every working level, and the scaffold was handed over with a tag at the access point.

Galvanised C stud and U track framing set out for internal partitions and an office enclosure inside an industrial shell. Tracks were fixed to slab and soffit, studs set at centres to suit the board, and service knockouts lined up through the run before first fix.

A gearbox and motor set received, palletised, protected and prepared for refurbishment. Shafts were sleeved and the breather and flange faces covered before the unit went into store, so the rebuild started with clean machined faces.
